In reply to mkriss's post on September 26, Click Ok on the Paragraph dialog. If you are prompted to save the Normal template When you restart Word your new settings for that style will take effect. Koray: The following will work: Ensure your cursor is in a paragraph that is formatted with Normal style. Click the Styles Pane button on the Home tab of the Ribbon to open the styles pane. In the Current Style box at the top, drop down the disclosure triangle at the far right of the name "Normal" and choose Modify style.
In the bottom left of the Window that appears, open the Format drop-down list and choose Paragraph. OK that. In the Modify Style dialog that appears, at the bottom left, check the Add to template checkbox. OK the dialog. Hope this helps. Thanks for marking this as the answer.
