Avery label templates for mac pages
After you have selected your Avery product in Word, or customized a labels document to match the labels that you have, you can prepare Word with the text that you want to print to those labels in a variety of ways. Using Word for Mac (2011) with Avery Label Templates
In the Label products list, select one of the Avery options. In the Product number list, select the number that matches the product number of your Avery product. If you want the same address or information on all labels in the sheet, type it in the Delivery Address box, and click OK. When you click OK in Labels , Word creates a new document with the information from Delivery Address laid out for printing to the type of labels that you selected.

LarryMcJunkin Created on January 17, I want to use Word or Excel to create a mailing list of approximate 70 names and addresses Christmas card mailing list. I've tried several solutions external to Office From what I read, even Office has problems with label alignment, but thought I'd ask in case someone has solved this problem using Office for Mac I'm not particular which Avery address label I use, just so it's one that's the typical address size of about 1" x 2.
The is actually in Office for Mac, but there aren't many others in that database. Any help would be appreciated. This thread is locked.

Avery Design & Print
Click the drop-down menus in the Header and Footer section and select "0" so your table includes no header or footer cells. Enter the label measurements in Column Width and Row Height boxes. Uncheck the box next to "Automatically resize to fit content" to prevent the cell dimensions from changing when you add text. Print a test page using the "Print" command under the File menu. When you're happy with the results, select "Save as Template" from the File menu to create a template from this document to use again.
