I love the combination of cheeses and that spice — what a great cookbook! Ive always used milk of some sort. I can only imagine how much awesome that adds to a mac and cheese. Anything with Manchego cheese is a total winner. And this looks incredible.

Now, more about my mac and cheese. The original recipe came from my awesome mom, Cheryl.
